STRAWBERRY JELLY HOMEMADE

INGREDIENTS






340g strawberry
130 g of sugar

5 ml of lemon juice





METHOD OF PREPARATION



In a pan, put the strawberries clean and without the cabins

Knead roughly with a fork, add the sugar and let it sit for 10 minutes

Throw the lemon juice and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally

The pink foam that forms can be removed if you prefer, this will prevent the jelly from becoming cloudy

After 20 minutes of boiling, the jelly must be thick

Pass the spatula in the middle of it, if you open a channel that does not close, you can remove it from the fire
